Senior Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Advisor

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, global health, and international development, seeks an experienced Senior Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation Advisor for an anticipated IDIQ to provide program support services for USAID/East Africa. The Senior Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor will design and oversee evaluations, analyses, designs and assessments, and the full review, revision and maintenance of Mission and IP PMPs.  This will include the design of the evaluation methodology and participatory data collection methods and protocols for both performance and impact evaluations.

Monitoring Manager

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, global health, and international development, seeks an experienced Monitoring Manager for an anticipated IDIQ to provide program support services for USAID/East Africa. The Monitoring Manager will undertake activity-level monitoring and verification of results in the field in order to ensure that all USAID implementing partners’ data are complete, accurate, and consistent with agreements and reports, and with USAID’s regulations.

Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation Specialist

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks an experienced Engagement, Learning and Adaptation (ELA) Specialist for an anticipated IDIQ to provide program support services for USAID/East Africa. This is a fast-paced position, and the ELA Specialist will not only help USAID/East Africa build capacity of their staff and will also build capacity in the government and with implementing partners. Panagora Group believes that focusing on integrated approaches to health and development will yield the best long-term results. 

Data and Methods Specialist

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, global health, and international development, seeks an experienced Data and Methods Specialist for an anticipated IDIQ to provide program support services for USAID/East Africa. The Data and Methods Specialist will assist in in defining and implementing an effective tool to manage all activities and programs in the Mission‘s portfolio.  S/he will perform an analysis of USAID/East Africa‘s programs and performance management needs—including external reporting requirements.

Chief of Party

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, global health, and international development, seeks an experienced Chief of Party for an anticipated IDIQ to provide program support services for USAID/East Africa. The COP will to manage the entire contract and ensure that quality standards and schedules are met.  The COP will also define and manage overall contract requirements:  including staffing, and cost and quality control of all tasks and assignments undertaken to achieve this contract’s objectives.
