  • Develop strategies and plans for implementation of the alcoholic drinks control and licensing Act and any other relevant National legislation and coordinate and support their implementation;
  • Advice the County on its functions under the Alcoholic Drinks Control and Licensing Act, and in particular on County Policy Laws to be adopted in regard to the production, manufacture, sale and consumption of alcoholic drinks.
  • Participate in the formulation of laws and regulation related to alcohol drinks.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Sub County Committees and advising on the necessary measures to be adopted.
