Procurement Assistant – Laiboni Centre

Core Responsibilities

  • Confirmation and receiving the correct and approved order from Warehouse or user team.
  • Asking for quotes and availability from market.
  • To do all commercial negotiations.
  • Preparing of comparative of based on quotes received.
  • Creation of LPO based on lowest price, quality, availability from authorized vendors.
  • Follow-ups from vendor for timely delivery and to make sure to adhere timeline. 
  • To make sure everything in LPO terms conveyed to vendor properly.
  • If any discrepancies in supply against order to resolve with vendor.
  • Coordinate for Credit Note if any required. 
  • To make the supply tracker for all supplies to monitor daily pending items.
  • To update and maintain all vendor registration forms with all statuary compliances.
  • Proactive update on stock out, price change and extreme probability based on market feedback to Manager. 
  • Clean and tidy office environment.
  • 100% adherence to designed SOP’s.
  • Communication to and from Warehouse and user team for any raised issue.
  • To explore the market for any Admin and contract related jobs if raised.  
  • Planning, managing and communicating leave days to Manager.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Manager-Procurement.

  • BBA-Procurement.

  • 2+  years.

Digital and Social Media Officer – Laiboni Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital communication strategies aligned with Bliss Healthcare’s mission and goals.
  • Manage and oversee all digital and social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Create and curate compelling, multimedia content for various digital channels to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies with overall marketing efforts.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Foster community engagement and manage online reputation through effective communication and interaction.
  • Any other official responsibility assigned.

Requirements –Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and digital communications.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt to evolving trends in digital and social media.

Nurse – Kitui

Core Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes and provide appropriate health care services
  • Perform nursing procedures safely and efficiently
  • Identify priorities and implement care based on individual patients’ needs and sound nursing judgment
  • Implement patient flow process effectively
  • Utilize the standards and procedures of nursing care to continuously improve the quality of nursing and exceed patients’ expectations 
  • Participate in quality audits within their departments; addressing identified gaps and concerns 
  • Be a role model of the nursing profession and exercise professionalism at all times, ensuring all patients are treated with dignity, privacy, and respect, and are encouraged to be involved in their care
  • Communicate and act as liaison with patients, family, and health professionals in a manner that respects confidentiality and dignity
  • Demonstrate understanding of and adherence to the Company’s infection prevention and control protocols and utilize infection control measures, to provide a safe and suitable environment for patients, staff and visitors etc.
  • Safeguard all confidential information concerning patients’ treatment including their property
  • Investigate patients’ complaints and incidents promptly in accordance with the Company procedures, and submit required reports within the same shift
  • Be knowledgeable of the equipment in the department and to safeguard them from damage, wastage or lose
  • Ensure accurate documentation, proper record keeping, submission to the next level (including MOH) and storage of data for continuity, quality and legal references

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in KRCHN or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BScN)
  • Be registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya 
  • Have a valid practice license
  • Valid BLS Certification
  • Proficiency in computer application packages 

Experience

  • Work experience of a minimum of two (2) years as a registered nurse in a hospital
  • Technical skills/Leadership competencies
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills 
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Kiswahili
  • Wide knowledge of the health industry
  • Good management skills
  • Be a proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
