Are you interested to become part of a phenomenal journey in MMEA Pricing team and be a member of a world class pricing function?
We are now looking for Price Managers to partner with sales team and domains to secure business and secure improved value to Ericsson. The price manager will apply global strategies and perform market area benchmark analysis. Set and lead the approval process for prices on HW, SW and Services. Advice on T&C’s, profitability, cash flow and commercial risk. Manage commercial models and commercial value argumentation in order to support accounts during negotiations.
As a price manager for the respective account the role you will interact with the GCU, account teams across the MA and also for all pricing related discussions.
You will
- Set prices and perform price analysis
- Create commercial proposals
- Secure profitable sales
- Contribute to MMEA Pricing excellence initiative (Analytics, Alignment and Automation)
- Own the KA Prices and maintain the latest price sheets
- Work in coordination with Domain and other functions within Commercial to build winning proposals.
- Support GCU in customer negotiations where required
To be successful in the role you must have
- Education: Graduate in Engineering / Finance or equivalent
- Min years of experience: 5 to 7 years
- Domain experience: Networks & Digital Services
- Analytical skills

We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by maximizing supplier value, proactively managing business risks and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer. Through critical thinking, business development and management of our suppliers in this region you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson. The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services in the selected region. In addition, the SSM is also the Supplier Relationship Manager and responsible for all commercial relationships with the suppliers making sure we extract the highest possible value from our supplier base.
You will:
- Evaluate and select suppliers for the site services category.
- Conduct supplier negotiation to create more value for Ericsson.
- Ensure supplier agreement implementation with proper contract T&Cs.
- Efficiently manage key Suppliers as per Ericsson SRM framework
- Ensure that sourcing KPIs & targets are met with great success; like cost reduction, supplier consolidation.
- Ensure that Preferred Supplier List is in place and followed.
- Extracting the best value from suppliers by executing the RFx process.
- Ensure that compliance on sourcing process follow up is 100%.

Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations, and objectives. Actively lead and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing detailed transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s to make customers and Ericsson successful.

To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science or similar
- Min 5 years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry
- Min 5 year of working experience in Telecom business in Kenya (and/or Ethiopia) for Technical or relationship sales
- Domain experience in Radio, Transmission, Antennas, Core, OSS, and virtualized Cloud environment
- Consultative selling & negotiation skills
- Commercial, Pricing, and Financial acumen
- Leadership experience (to orchestrate virtual team)
