Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve an increase in the number of accounts and brand visibility of company productsCollect orders from the various supermarkets and stockistsMonitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives a re metEnsure optimal ava ila bility of products over Iong and short-termEnsure Route to Market & Territory Management optimizationDevelopment of strong relationships with customers.Ensure cash collection as per ag reed terms with cust omers and carry out da ily reconcilioti onMaintain accurate records of all accounts’ so les and prospecting activities includ i ng sales calls, present ati ons, closed sales, and follow-up activities withi n their assigned territoryProactively establish and maint a in effective working tea m relationships with all support departments Prepa re regular reports anÖ o no lysis on sales.Route to market (RTC) planni ngSupervise and support merchandizers and foot sold iers to ensure sales to rgets o re met.
5kiIIs & QualificationsMinimum of a Diploma i n Sa les 8‹ Marketing or related field.MUST Have 2 — 3 years in experience in FMCG.Strong unde rstand ing of customer and ma rket dyna mics and requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communications sk ills.Ability to work in a tea mShould be a highly motivated and agg ressi ve soles person,Should be present a ble at all times.Must have five years driving experience of commercial vehicle.
