Customer Service Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order preparation, goods issuing and payment follow up.
  • Resolving customer complains.
  • Receiving, processing and verifying customers orders.
  • Follow up sales orders and goods delivery.
  • Summarizing sales data
  • Keeping a profile of customer information.
  • Other duties assigned by the Manager.

Education and other qualifications

  • At least 2 years relevant work experience especially in building material
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Strong pressure resistance, and physical and mental health.
  • Must be a person of high integrity.

Readvertisement: Audit Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Anti-fraud audit: daily anti-fraud audit works, like market research, and investigate the whistle-blower’ accusations.
  • Sales Audit: customer reconciliation, market inquiry, and prepare the research report.
  • Procurement Audit: supplier reconciliation, market inquiry, and prepare the research report.
  • Inventory Audit: monthly inventory, daily inventory.
  • Cost Audit: the authenticity and accuracy of various costs, such as advertising costs and transportation costs.
  • Regularly plan and organize the anti-fraud and integrity training to staff.
  • Conduct the investigation for fraud issues, and deal with the accusation cases from whistle-blower. Regular market research report to prevent fraud risks
  • Cooperate with Audit manager to implement various audit plans and ensure the quality of the project. 
  • Other duties assigned by the Audit Manager.

Education and other qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (Auditing/Accounting major preferred).
  • At least 3 years’ internal audit/anti-fraud experience, while experience in Accounting Firm is preferred
  • Certified Anti-Fraud Professional (CAP), and certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are preferred
  • Knowledge in anti-fraud or investigation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Strong pressure resistance, and physical and mental health.
  • Must be a person of high integrity.
  • Flexible to travel to other branches across the country and other countries to conduct audit checks (Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Senegal, Ghana)

Sales Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings.
  • Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and lifestyles.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and activity quotas.
  • Generate leads by committing to customer service and building relation.
  • Other duties assigned by the Manager.

Chinese Translator

The company is seeking to recruit 1 competent and qualified Chinese Translator with at least 2 years’ experience with the following descriptions and specifications:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • According to replenishment plan, develop the master production plan
  • Daily translation of all production tasks in the department.
  • Regular inspection of section wok in the department such as checking on, safety production,
  • and on-site 6S ethics and correcting any mistakes.
  • Control Raw Material Inventory, analyse and improve status and material turnover.
  • Participate in monthly SOP Meeting and provide evaluation plan
  • Follow up on production schedule to ensure the production achievement rate.
  • To track mechanical breakdown in each section of the plant and collecting information that can assist the director and supervisors in solving them.
  • Follow the requirement to do the 6S site management work.-
  • Other tasks assigned by the FD.

Education and other qualifications

  • University degree.
  • Proven experience working as a Chinese Translator.
  • Good communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure and execute duties.
  • Experience working in an FMCG factory will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Excellent in both written and spoken Chinese.
  • HSK Certificate of at least level 4 from a recognized university in China.
