Position: 1 Direct Sales Agents
The summary of this function is described as an achiever of sales volumes, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory, and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. He or she personally contacts and secures new business accounts or customers.

- Markets products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Achieves the set targets for the particular region together with his team.
- Sell our products and services and ensures that we penetrate in the market
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to his/her supervisor with a view of providing a solution to the customer.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions of the company when called upon.
- A diploma in Sales and marketing with at least 2 years selling experience in a service industry.
- Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
- Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to report orally and write reports on customer needs or problems, interests and competitive activities.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing with the passion to sell in any environment
