Commercial Training Officer
Your mission at Sistema.bio:
The Commercial Training Officer will be responsible for supporting implementation of training strategies and onboarding, of Sistema Bio direct sales agents and partner sales agents.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Support Area Sales Managers in the recruitment of new direct sales agents: Work closely with the area sales managers in the respective hubs to identify and recruit new sales agents to work at Sistema.bio.
- Conducting training needs assessment: Undertake a training needs assessment to identify areas for improvement and recommend relevant changes and training content.
- Providing on the field coaching: Provide one-on-one support and coaching to field sales agents to support their growth.
- Facilitating onboarding and training: Collaborate with the area sales managers in planning and delivering training including, in person, webinars, online courses, and self-paced e-learning programs. Onboarding new candidates and setting them up for success as Sistema.bio field sales agents and facilitating refresher training on specific frequencies.
- Training monitoring and reporting: Monitor and track the implementation of the training process and report on the impact of training. Document and report on the sales agents journey from entry to exit.
- Managing the training program on the Learning Management System: Add users, enroll users to courses and track sales agent e-learning progress on the LMS.
More about YOU:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business related field or any relevant field.
- You have at least 2 years work experience in training and coaching in sales and or clean energy.
- You are Proficient in working with Google work space and Microsoft Office apps.
- You have excellent time management and project management skills.
- You are Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms (tech-savvy).
- You are able to work with a multicultural team.
- You demonstrate strong ethics and are very accountable,
- You have excellent negotiation and Influencing skills and you are highly flexible.
Global Learning and Development Coordinator
Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent and Learning, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, facilitating, managing and monitoring global learning experiences and training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees across the different regions and functions. You will lead the Global Sistema.bio Academy.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Designing and developing impactful global and cross-functional training programs, online courses, and learning materials that captivate and resonate with employees across all the regions and functions.
- Establishing a systematic and comprehensive approach to assess training needs and conducting capability assessments to identify performance, skills, and knowledge gaps.
- Developing and implementing assessment strategies and metrics to measure effectiveness of training programs. Using feedback and data to make improvements and demonstrate ROI of the training programs.
- Setting global standards and best practices for training content and delivery to ensure uniformity and effectiveness across all the regions and departments. Providing support to all training creators at Sistema.bio.
- Managing our learning platform to facilitate seamless learning experiences and monitor progress effectively.
More about YOU:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Education, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in corporate Learning & Development
- Previous experience in an international organization
- Experience in instructional design is preferred
- Proven ability to facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Comfortable using Learning Management Systems and authoring tools
- Passionate about environmental impact and committed to social impact work
- Autonomous with excellent project management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Growth-minded, resourceful, and full of innovative ideas
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
