Office Administrator

With professionalism and etiquette as a priority, we are looking to hire an Office Administrator willing to work on a full-time basis with a steadily growing business, in a positive and friendly environment to maintain company growth and self-progress. You should be well equipped with knowledge on the various social media platforms that exist and have vast experience on the internet. Reporting, Verbal, and Supply management are skills put to test daily.

The Office Administrator is an administrative professional responsible for the organization and efficiency of daily office operations by, assisting with correspondence, making appointments, and carrying out administrative tasks.
Administrative duties
- Should play a generally supportive role to/in the organization.
- Should be able to take up any/all administrative and clerical tasks.
- Should coordinate and superintend various projects.
- Should help employees where necessary.
- Should supervise and orient junior staff.
- Should carry out general office duties when/as required.
Depending on the level of the employee and responsibility taken into account, a helping hand should be given on; writing, oral, typing, organization, and presentations.
To be able to render these services; the following skills come in handy.
Skills and Experience.
- Letter writing.
- Audio and presentation.
- Copy typing.
- Basic Microsoft Office and IT packages including PowerPoint, Excel, and databases.
- Telephony.
- Emails inquiry.
- Creating agendas for meetings.
- Organizing travel.
- Arranging appointments.
- Setting up meetings.
- Filing.
- Able to work under own initiative and with minimal to no supervision.
Interpersonal and Influencing Skills
- Is self-confident and determined.
- Sets a positive example.
- Communicate in a clear logical style (both orally and in writing).
- Has the ability to win respect and influence others by own behavior.
- Has a positive approach and demonstrates high professional standards when working.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
NOTE: Marketing and Accounting skills are an added advantage as these are skills we intend to make use of. A diploma or Degree in accounting is a must.
