Legal Manager and Personal Assistant

Purpose of the Position

  • To provide legal services to the Companies and ensure the Companies’ interests are protected.
  • To provide effective management of legal contractual risks arising from claims and ensure the Companies operate within the applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • To provide a proper and proactive management of all legal claims by advising on and ensuring prompt settlement at optimal cost in order to achieve high levels of Director satisfaction and cost cutting for the Companies.
  • To provide efficient secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Directors in order to ensure the smooth running of activities in the Companies.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Academic Qualifications
  • KCSE Mean Grade of B and above with minimum English Grade of B and above.
  • Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of Upper Second-Class Honours.
  • Professional Qualification
  • Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of 4+ years
  • A post graduate diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law
  • Valid membership to the Law Society of Kenya Experience
  • Post qualification professional experience in a law firm and/or in house legal advisor to a private company.

Dispatch Clerk – Pharmaceutical

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive dispatch orders to determine what is required in terms of dispatch work and coordination with the delivery team.
  • Sort out dispatch orders according to timelines and locations and decide which delivery team to assign them to with convenient route plans.
  • Create work orders and templates for dispatch team and provide them with information on routes and timelines.
  • Assist dispatch team in determining short and safe routes to destinations, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Keep in constant contact with dispatch team to ensure that they are on accurate routes, and will deliver on time.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of items from delivery trucks, ensuring that the right ones are loaded for delivery/dispatch purposes.
  • Monitor routes and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
  • Provide relevant field units with information about orders, obstacles and requirements.
  • Ensure that dispatch teams keep their delivery vehicles in good working condition.
  • Track deliveries or dispatch teams to determine their specific locations, for the purpose of informing customers.
  • Create and maintain logs of dispatch activities managed, and overseen during the shift, in sync with established procedures.
  • Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information record and keep track of relevant details necessary for reference in matters deliveries for the company and customers.
  • Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information.
  • Address rising issues, problems and requests from dispatch team, staff and customers by transmitting information or providing solutions.


  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field1+ year of work experience in a busy distribution set up
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detail
  • Good computer skills (working knowledge of ERP preferred)

Sales Account Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure target in occupancy in all accommodation facilities is achieved.
  • Generate target revenue in sales revenue for all operational units annually.
  • Increase on Market Shares Penetration
  • Increased Account Profitability by room nights/revenue by set target
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners as the primary point of contact , especially OTAs
  • Measure and report performance against campaign goals
  • Create and present online advertising sales presentations to prospective clients and close the sale accordingly
  • Work with appropriate internal teams to ensure execution and follow through on all client inquiries, issues, and subsequent solutions.
  • Also work with internal teams to launch new products, promotions, inventory, and service existing partner’s needs
  • Work with Management, Sales and Marketing in developing and presenting new marketing concepts to partners
  • Monitor competitor’s sites, rates, inventories, new initiatives and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to management.
  • Proactively communicate to all hotels offerings on all platforms

  • At least 5 year’s experience within the travel/ hospitality industry, experience of working with hotel owners, GMs, Operations

  • Lead and participate in the creative development of briefs from concept to execution.
