Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in day today running of the HR Department
  • Employee recruitment- Liaising with agencies, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and interviewing
  • Induction of new staff by issuing offer letters, employment contracts and job descriptions
  • Contracts- Issue new contracts, renew contracts and give offer letters
  • Disciplinary system – Handle all disciplinary issues by sitting in the hearings, issuing warning letters, suspension, termination and summary dismissal. Listen and solve staff conflict and grievances

  • Ensuring staff data has been documented including NSSF, NHIF and PAYE
  • Ensuring staff health, safety, and welfare are checked on and meets set standards.

Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incharge of recruitment and selection of staff in line with the organizations’ policies and requirements.
  • Manage new staff onboarding schedules.
  • Maintain an effective Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) system through accurate data entry; ensure that both physical and electronic staff records are stored securely and are private and confidential.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Competently perform the Moulding Machine operation functions following the stipulated work procedures.
  • Test the machine before main work begins to be sure that it is in good condition for production.
  • Account for your Shift production by ensuring that all product produced are weighed and properly recorded.
  • Competently Perform daily equipment autonomous maintenance activities: – (Daily cleaning, checking, lubricating, and tightening) to prevent deterioration.
  • Monitor the machine during production to ensure optimum running and promptly report to the process optimizer/technician in case of any Machine malfunction.
