Accounts Management Executive

Key objectives

  1. Membership recruitment and retention
  2. Membership debt management
  3. Database and membership Information management
  4. Timely and accurate reports

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. The specific duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:-
  2. Membership recruitment, retention and to ensure Vibrant and Active Network;
  3. Ensure members accurate invoices are raised and sent to members on time
  4. Review and update members turnover confirmations regularly
  5. Keep track of assigned accounts to identify payments & outstanding debts;
  6. Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
  7. Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
  8. Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
  9. Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
  10. Update account status and database regularly
  11. Update the Debt Management and Recovery committee regularly
  12. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the CEO from time to time;

Qualifications /Requirements:

  1. Degree in finance or business administration or Business Development /Management or their equivalent.
  2. Training in credit risk management/debt recovery /credit control
  3. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in debt management
  4. Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  5. Excellent relationship management and networking skills
  6. Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
  7. Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
  8. Excellent communication and people skills
  9. Team player and enthusiastic.
  10. Keen attention to detail
  11. Apt in negotiating and persuading
