Duties & Responsibilities:
- Following up on clients to constantly ensure we meet our service standards
- Responding to clients enquiries through phone calls, messages and emails
- Ensuring all clients complaints are sorted within the shortest time possible
- Doing weekly, monthly and annual reports to the Head of Department regarding customer service
- Any other role that may be assigned by supervisor or senior manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Business Management or any related Course.
- At least 2 Years’ experience in Customer care position with sales experience as an added advantage
- People Management skills.
- Pleasant personality & Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge & Competencies of Computer skills.
- Planning skills and Communication Skills (Written and oral).

Assistant Auditor
KEY DUTIES/ RESPOSIBILITIES
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures
- Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.
- Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Reporting of fraud
- Assistance in an investigation.
KEY SKILLS
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- High level of accuracy·
- Trustworthy and discrete when dealing with confidential information
- Team player and can take directives accurately
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Conduct.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in Accounts/ Finance
- Professional course: CPA section 4 or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting/ finance or audit
- Computer literate
Assistant Marketing Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement the organization’s marketing plan
- Carry out market research on new products and services including competitor activity analysis with a view to identify emerging needs and gauge customer satisfaction, making recommendation to products and services
- Drive customer acquisition through collaboration with partners across the country
- Monitor progress of marketing events using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize and oversee Eye clinics and promotional events
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Any other duty assigned by the supervisor / Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 Years proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
