Strategy Manager
To achieve this, you’ll be expected to:
- Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer to drive company strategy and planning cycles
- Lead the company’s ‘Voice of the Customer program
- Manage cross-functional projects to improve the customer and agent experience
- Develop departmental performance dashboards, coordinating with product and data teams to define and measure KPIs
- Act as a bridge between product and operating teams to ensure excellent training and adoption of software, systems, and tools developed to improve our customer experience
- Support M-KOPA’s solar portfolio strategy, including market and economic analysis, partner landscaping, competitor benchmarking, business model development, and supporting pilots and product introductions.
- Identify and scope opportunities for operational process, efficiency, and performance improvements within the customer department.

Chinese Translator and Documentation Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend meetings to translate discussions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning
- Ensure materials are grammatically and idiomatically correct
- Translate materials in the designated language into proper English/Chinese
- Responsible for identified process documentation needed at the phone assembly plant, e.g documenting manuals, working procedures, and any other required documents
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/ LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Education: Degree in a related field
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Chinese mandarin translator
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details
- Good documentation practices
- Have good presentation, organizing, and teamwork
- Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages,
- Have excellent knowledge and perfect command of both Chinese and English
- Have a high level of fluency in Chinese and English
Quality Control Supervisor
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Inspection plan: According to the daily production work order and the quality status of the previous, make the corresponding inspection plan; reasonably and effectively arrange the QC personnel to test the semi-finished products of the process section.
- Inspection process management: Oversee QC employees observing the inspection specification and Standard Operating Procedure for inspection.
- Abnormal feedback: Highlight any abnormality in the process/product then take immediate action or inform relevant personnel and QE for containment action.
- Product Quality Control: Ensure the product is manufactured on set standards and meets quality requirements.
- 5S: Maintain work discipline, and improve the QC efficiency of inspection, management, and maintenance of floor/line 5S.
- Test material management: Responsible for test materials, storage and inventory, and scrap materials testing or any material.
- Attendance Management: Manage attendance of QC workers to avoid any delays in production and oversee any abnormal absenteeism of production operators.
- Reporting: Oversee IQC/IPQC staff to record/IPQC quality reports strictly according to the actual situation.
- Ensure good performance by quality assurance operators by mentoring, training, setting expectations, providing accountability, and performing evaluations.
- Report Circulation: Responsible for Circulation of quality reports/quality Dashboard, IQC & IPQC reports by email to all relevant departments.
- Temporary Task: Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/ LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Education: Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Science in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/ any relevant engineering field.
- Experience: At least 1 year in quality control /audit of electronics/electrical engineering/fault analysis/repair operations ideally working on electronics.
- Hands-On experience working with quality inspection standards/conversant with audit processes.
- Can manage, analyze and understand.
- Have a basic knowledge of electronic products and mobile phone structure and quality tools.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and executive ability.
- Take ownership and must have decision make skills.
- Good attitude towards acquiring new knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001.
Director of Debt Capital Management
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will
- Manage Fund Raising, you’ll build a strategy around Debt Capital
- On-Balance Sheet (both secured and unsecured facilities)
- Develop ongoing relationships with potential funders
- Structure and negotiate loan facilities, including covenants
- Manage debt funder DD processes and RFIs
- Local currency/hard-currency
- Off-Balance Sheet
- Develop and run off-balance sheet funding strategy
- Develop Hedging Strategy related to debt
- Manage our Existing Debt Facilities and own the whole lifecycle
- Manage debt funder relationships
- Report covenants and other reporting requirements related to debt facilities
- Manage repayment schedules
- Lead on any restructurings required.
- Respond to auditor requests on debt facilities
- Provide regular input into FP&A team on aspects related to debt
- Guide Asset-Liability/Capital Adequacy Management across the organisation
- Maintain the appropriate balance of Assets to Liabilities
- Set and maintain the right mix of debt instruments (on vs off-balance sheet, local v hard currency, secured v unsecured etc)
- Monitor and stress test capital risk, liquidity risk, funding risk, interest rate risk, forex risk (as it relates to funding), refinancing risk against ALCO Committee defined risk tolerances.
- Prepare material for ALCO Committee and management related to financial asset and liability management
