Application Security Specialist 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define, document, and implement software security policy, secure coding practices and guidelines for the bank in line with industry best practices and technologies commensurate with risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a software security assurance framework which that shall guide information security team in security and risk assessments of applications, as well as provide security requirements for developers and third parties to adhere to.
  • Lead Information Security involvement in all software and application implementation projects and scrum teams to ensure all applications and changes meet set information security requirements before introduction to production environments.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Business Services & Solutions teams to identify application/software security improvements and plug-in identified security controls in DevOps tools.
  • Perform and coordinate regular trainings on secure coding, software security and application security practices for the development and other KCB technology teams at regular intervals.
  • Collaborate in the continuous monitoring and defense of the Bank’s critical applications, such as core banking, and digital channels, for cybersecurity threat indicators; report on violations and security measures taken to address threats.
  • Identify, integrate, and maintain security tools, such as SAST and DAST tools (Static/Dynamic Application Security Testing), standards, and processes into the software development or product life cycle (SDLC / PLC), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in performing risk assessments for business solutions for inherent security risks and provide recommendations for addressing such risks.
  • Define, create, and deliver software/application security compliance reports and relevant metrics to the Bank’s Senior Management.
  • Protects the bank’s applications and systems by defining access privileges and other security control structures.

Senior Manager, Change

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement the change management framework and processes, and support business units to ensure compliance in implementing change initiative.
  • Develop appropriate Change Management metrics that will measure the effectiveness of the Bank’s Change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on issues pertinent to organizational effectiveness and change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including the Strategy Function to ensure the business case for change is clearly defined and documented.
  • Deliver timely change management strategies to sustain high levels of employee engagement and commitment to new initiatives.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The preferred candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field from a recognized university. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in Human Resource such as CHRP or Change Management Certification. 
  • At least 6 years work experience in HR Change Management and Organizational Culture Management.
  • Experience in Project Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To create, maintain and communicate Change management strategies and policies. Ensuring all stakeholders across the Bank are well versed on the change management process and understand their responsibilities.
  • Responsible for end to end deployment and implementation of approved changes.
  • Ensure governance of the Change Management Policy and procedures through continuous reporting, training and education.
  • To define and measure success metrics and monitor change process & problems. Highlight areas for improvement through continual service improvement program, working with key stakeholders and identifying trends through reporting.

Bancassurance – Relationship Manager, Corporate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure business retention by daily monitoring of expiring policies, ensuring advance renewal engagements, giving relevant advice or seeking required support and timely reporting.
  • Responsible for business performance and delivery of set targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive more Corporate insurance business including through up sales and cross sales.
  • Leverage key marketing initiatives being undertaken by the Corporate RMs and the Agency while working closely with the RMs to spot and seize insurance business opportunities.

Resourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates (with) persons (HR Business Partners /Senior Advisors, other Resourcing Managers, line interviewers, candidates) involved in the resource planning and or recruitment and selection processes. 
  • Develop and execute annual manpower, recruitment and selection plans and budgets relating to HR area. 
  • Support line management / HR Business Partners/ Senior HR Advisors with the job analysis process (preparation of assessment tools, determination of ranking methods, definitions of specialized experience and selective placement factors that will increase the likelihood that qualification expectations will be responsibly met)

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: –

  • 4 years’ work experience, with at least 3 years’ experience Manpower Planning, People Management, Relationship Management and Project Management.

Senior Manager, Network Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in emerging technologies (e.g. virtualization, cloud computing, etc.), benchmarks and architecture as well as broader business strategies to define and drive the appropriate network infrastructure strategy (data centres networks, WAN/LAN, firewalls, voice) for the region across multiple countries.
  • Identify, define, and lead the implementation of network infrastructure migration opportunities across the region as part of the broader infrastructure strategy.
  • Assume one stop accountability for the delivery of enterprise-wide infrastructure and infrastructure operations at an optimal cost of tech across the region.

Minimum Position Qualification Requirements:

  • Professional Certifications: CCNP (Enterprise/Data Centre), Firewall vendor certification (CCNP Security/Fortinet NSE/Check Point CCSA/CCSE).
  • Cloud Certifications: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Solution Architect Certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required.
