  • You have several years of professional experience in technical sales of industrial machinery and after sales support in bringing digital transformation to the industrial environment.
  • Know how: You had exposure to industrial machinery (Turbo-machinery and static machines), you have a sound knowledge of physics and mathematics as well as a good overview of sensing systems, instrumentation and industrial cloud (AWS, Azure) and a good understanding of PLCs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify and process external vendor invoices. This includes having invoices duly authorized and processed within the ERP in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Initialize payment processes from the payrun report ensuring timely payment of all vendors and resolution of any matters arising from there.
  • Timely reconciliation of key vendor and inter company accounts including freight forwarders.
