Debt Collection Admin Intern

Responsibilities

  1. Updating ERP both internal and external cases.
  2. Sending SMS to clients after the bike is repossessed.
  3. Attending to field officers, real time.
  4. Daily report on field officer’s performance.
  5. Waiver of penalties
  6. Making amendments on ERP, restructures, balloon, capital reduction, change of due date.
  7. Logbook release. • Generating loan statements, final balance
  8. Creating invoices for external auctioneers
  9. Any other duties assigned   

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field. • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent computer skills
  5. Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
  6. Fluent in English and Swahili

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
  2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and applications including regular updates • Installation and configuration of networks, troubleshooting and ensuring that there high network uptime and performance
  3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests raised on service desk platform and ensuring they are resolved within the SLA.
  4. Maintain accurate ICT inventory lists, and ensure correct labeling of all ICT equipment
  5. Setting up user accounts on various business support applications • Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary
  6. Testing new IT equipment
  7. Carry out user training
  8. Service of IT equipment
  9. Ensure the implementation and adherence to all other corporate ICT policies
  10. Carry out and report on projects and tasks assigned by management
  11. Carry out any tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
  12. Any other duty assigned

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in Information Technology.
  2. Good working knowledge in printer hardware and software
  3. Extensive knowledge in office 365 applications and excel
  4. Strong comprehension of IT systems and technologies
  5. Flexibility
  6. Demonstrate strong ability to learn We offer
