Recoveries Administrator
Job Description
- Constant engagement of service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of reports. Obtaining and review of status reports from advocates on recovery position.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Persistent and vigorous pursuing recoveries from third party insurers.
- Timely appointing of tracers to guide recovery pursuits
- Appointing advocates to secure matters against limitation.
- Ensuring proper documentation of claims to maximize recoveries prospects.
- Preparing recovery schedules for specific third-party insurers.
- Streamlining the recovery schedules to ensure matters recoverable are captured and expedited.
- Constant engagement of service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of reports. Obtaining and review of status reports from advocates on recovery position.
- Building and harnessing relationships with third party insurers to enhance out of court recoveries.
- Liaising and holding meetings with third party insurers and advocates to facilitate recovery.
- Obtaining and exchanging discharge vouchers.
- Pursuit of payments and conclusion of recovery matters.
- Preparation of periodical reports on recoveries.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Business related degree
- Atleast one year in a similar role
