Program Coordinator
Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Mitigation, Social Sciences, International Relations or other relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience implementing land conflict management and peacebuilding programs, preferably in insecure or transitional environments.
- Knowledge of people-to-people peacebuilding programs and ‘Do No Harm’ principles.
- Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills.
- Experience using context and conflict analysis tools to identify demand driven activities.
- Strong experience in facilitating Community Frameworks of Cooperation (CFC) / Resource sharing agreements (RSAs) and intergovernmental relations is a MUST.
- Experience building capacity of local organizations.
- Familiarity and experience with European Commission regulations preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with new program development and design including leading the inception/start-up efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with communities, multicultural set ups, civil society, local government representatives and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated flexibility and creativity in planning and problem solving.
- Proven ability to learn quickly, lead a program to achieve stated results and objectives.
- Thorough understanding of program operating context is preferred.

Program Officer
Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills
- Bachelor of Arts /Science or equivalent, preferable in Conflict/Peace Studies, Governance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies or appropriate social science discipline.
- 3 – 4 years’ program implementation and or monitoring and evaluation experience in related thematic areas combined with conflict sensitive programming.
- Experience working with stakeholders including the private sector, CSOs, government, youth and women groups.
- Ability to interact effectively with the diverse project stakeholders especially with the security sector and electoral bodies.
- Must have strong writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Good understanding and skills at data collection, analysis, database management with specific emphasis on beneficiary tracking.
- Good knowledge and skills with the of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access;

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer
Minimum Qualification & Transferable Skills
- Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Agricultural Economics; Demography, Statistics, Business administration, Computer Science / IT or any other relevant field;
- At least 4 years of leading MEL activities in a development program setting.
- Should understand general MEL concepts and demonstrate skills in MEL system design (I.e. Development of Theories of Change, Results Frameworks/Logical Frameworks, Developing of MEL Plans and Data Collection tools)
- Should have demonstrable experience in Designing, Planning, Implementing and/or Supervising MEL Assessments and Evaluations.
- Should have demonstrable experience in Designing and/or Managing simple databases (Whether in Excel, Access or SQL-based)
- Should have demonstrable experience in using Mobile Data Collection for routine and specific monitoring work.
- Must have good writing and analytical skills
- In addition to Microsoft Excel, the incumbent should demonstrate fluency in the use of at least one other data analysis and visualization tool, e.g. SPSS, STATA, POWER BI, TABLEAU etc.
- Must be fluent both spoken and written English

- Minimum CPA II or other relevant accounting qualification.
- At least one year experience in accounting, bookkeeping or cashiering, including experience with double-entry accounting preferably in an international NGO.
- Familiarity with computerized, double-entry accounting software.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel
- Accuracy in the processing of cash transactions, mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail.
