Technical Adviser, Supply Chain Jobs, Health Information Opportunity,
Technical Advisor, HIV Prevention Services, Dumisha Afya.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences and/or MPH or other master’s degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience providing leadership in implementation of HIV treatment and/or prevention services and hands on clinical experience in HIV continuum of care
- Extensive experience in HIV prevention services with key and priority populations is an added advantage
- Trainings in VMMC service provision will be an advantage.
- Proven experience and familiarity with MOH/GOK health systems.
- Experience managing partners such as the MOH/GOK, local implementing partners is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, capable of directing and managing change, effective delegation, inspiring teamwork and motivating staff and partners to achieve results.
- Computer literacy.
- Research experience, proposal and abstract writing will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a complex project implementation environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.
- Ability to lead a multi-sectoral team and support collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent facilitation, mentorship, team building and coordination skills.
- Experience in public speaking and professional presentations.
- Field oriented and comfortable with a team approach to programming.

Required Experience
- Registered Pharmacist (or equivalent qualification) with Bachelor of Pharmacy, minimum of 5 years’ experience providing technical support and leadership in implementation of supply chain management, quantification, forecasting and reporting for HIV related commodities.
- MPH or other master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Hands on experience working in a clinical setting on supply chain and commodity management will be desirable.
- Proven experience and familiarity with MOH/GOK supply chain systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, capable of directing and managing change, effective delegation, inspiring teamwork and motivating staff and partners to achieve results.
- Computer literacy.
- Research experience, proposal and abstract writing will be a distinctive advantage.
- Ability to work in a complex project implementation environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform.

Health Informatics Associate, Dumisha Afya Project
Required Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing direct technical support in implementation of health informatics platforms with specific experience in HIV/TB projects.
- Diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology and at least 7 years experience.
- Hands on experience in HIV service delivery health informatics implementation and technical coordination.
- Proven experience and familiarity with MOH/GOK KenyaEMR and health informatics systems will be added advantage
- Demonstrable experience in development and implementation of web and m-health based solutions.
- Experience in Electronic Medical Records’ development, implementation, and support for MoH approved EMR’s (Kenya EMR).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL and MS SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience developing, upgrading, and troubleshooting KHIS modules.
- Working knowledge of DATIM and PEPFAR reporting systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent computer and IT skills.
- Field oriented and comfortable with a team approach to programming.
- Ability to work in a complex project implementation environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform.
- Professional presentation skills.
