Revenue Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams, including account assignments and territory management
- Oversee the proposals process for new customer acquisition; maintain our RFP questionnaire repository; create proposals as needed to help win new business
- Document processes and procedures related to the sales process
- Provide secondary support for tools in our Go-To-Market tech stack
- Provide sales data reporting & analysis as needed, in partnership with our Go-To-Market finance team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, including sales support functions
- Strong skills in spreadsheets (MS Excel or Google Sheets) and word processing (MS Word or Google Docs)

Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for overseeing administrative and advisory talent operations duties, spearheading policy sensitization and proactively guiding on complex worker concerns both (core and cloud). It would also be accountable for the development and creation of talent policies, procedures and processes in collaboration with the Head of Talent.
Job-specific Responsibilities:
- Spearheads legal compliance across multiple countries and be the custodian for change management on legal matters.
- Provides legal guidance for complex worker issues, such as grievances and terminations, and creates policy for future occurrences.
- Provides insights on talent optimization strategy from a legal viewpoint, and using data points and specialist research, provides reports to leadership to inform decision making on talent strategy and initiatives.
- Accountable for Talent ISO documentation.
- Provides legal insights on talent initiatives.
- Oversees large scale talent processes, such as performance cycle, salary review cycles, benefit renewals etc. Manages compensation activities, including salary surveys and research activities for talent.
- Anticipates and proactively provides legal insights on payroll changes.
- Anticipates and proactively mitigates litigation issues against CloudFactory by influencing CloudFactory stakeholders to operate according to home country and global jurisdictions.
- Ensure that all locations have offboarding and separation policies that are adhered to.
- Participates and takes a lead role in committees as required to ensure talent adds value and provides a business benefit.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in HR/Employment legal framework
- Significant experience with clear application of employment laws in more than one jurisdiction. Proven experience in advising on complex employee issues and managing large scale employment change.
- Demonstrated success providing HR counsel in people change projects. Proven ability to advise at multiple organizational levels, cultures within a given location.
- Experience in working in medium to large organisations desired.
- Certified Human resource practitioner with strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail. Articulate, influential, concise and able to negotiate.
- Experience with G-suite/MS Office.
- Excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage time and tight schedules, work effectively under pressure. Using own initiative, with a creative approach to problem solving.
- Strong analytical, Interpersonal and conflict management skills.
- People Management: Ability to lead, develop, coach and support a team.
Associate Manager of Operations: Procurement & Project Management
Requirements
- 3+ years of managerial experience in Procurement, Cost Management, Vendor Management, and Project Management or related fields.
- Management of teams in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to jump into complex situations quickly, relate to many levels of authority smoothly, and bridge gaps in culture and perception.
- Demonstrated business acumen with a desire to learn and evolve with a growth-oriented business model.
- Strong data/economic/financial modelling skills.

Pricing Analyst
Responsibilities
- Maintain pricing calculators in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Finance teams
- Provide analytical support for pricing in deal desk meetings
- Analyze and provide regular reporting on client margins
- Seek opportunities to collaborate with Revenue Operations and Product Management to automate more of the pricing and margin management process
Requirements
- 2-5 years relevant financial analysis working experience
- MBA or MBA-track is desired
- Experience working in a high-paced, rapidly growing tech start-up environment
- Excel/ Google Sheets Jedi
- Strong financial modeling/ forecasting experience
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Analytical thinker/ problem solver with great communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience using NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems; Experience with business intelligence software like PowerBI a plus
