This position aims to maximize overall performance of the branch by tackling critical areas impacting performance and customer experience. The Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a retail operation. An equal emphasis will be given to candidates with logical thinking skills which will help in constructing systems, controls and process flows and will equally help in guiding the teams with the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of day-to-day operation of the branch.
- Enhancing the overall customer experience at the branch.
- Continuous upgrading of the product mix of branch that will give the best performance.
- Ensuring all Staffs are best equipped with knowledge and skills related to selling.
- Submitting detail sales reports on a regular basis with critical comments on the performance on how to improve
- Participating in regular performance meetings with HQ retail management team with a presentation of reports
