Sacco Sales and Marketing Agents – Embu (1), Eldoret (1), Nakuru (1) and Nairobi (2)

Our client a well-established and renown SACCO society with headquarter in Nairobi and offering savings and loans services to mainly private security firms staff providing a wide range of specialized security services in Residential Areas, Homes, Offices, Malls, Factories, Construction Sites, Rallies, Events and Ceremonies since 2013 is seeking to recruit result oriented, team player, aggressive and self-motivated Marketing and Sales Agents to join their innovative and transformative team at the stated locations.

Please note we require men for Embu, Eldoret, Nakuru  while Nairobi  we require ladies and applicants must indicate on email subject 

Job Summary

To drive sales by designing and implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies, maintain outstanding customer relationships, creating and tracking sales and performance reports.


  1. Recruit new members from staff of existing and new organizations while ensuring compliance to Sacco policies and procedures.
  2. Establish new accounts and service existing accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule by maintaining records on customer details, sales visits and book calendars for the visits.
  3. Maintain long-term relationships with members by providing support, information and guidelines including recommending new opportunities available in the sacco products and services.
  4. Participate in planning, organization, promotion and execution of SACCO sales and marketing events as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager from time to time.
  5. Consistently track sales performance, measure and analyse monthly sales projections.
  6. Ensure that account’s (membership) retention is maintained at the Sacco target level.
  7. Assist in co-ordination, organisation and participate in member education events.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. At least two (2) years proven field sales and marketing experience.
  2. At least a diploma in sales, marketing, communication, sales and marketing, business management or in any other business-related fields, a bachelor’s degree is a definite added advantage
  3. Proficiency in computer skills

  2. Thorough knowledge of principles of sales & marketing coupled with brand, product and service management

  8. Analytical and report writing skills.
