Student Attachment- Administration

Attachment Period: 3 months (non-renewable)

Reporting to the Senior Administrative Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for;

  1. Coordinating transport logistics at the Authority under the guidance of the Senior Administrative Officer;
  2. Support in coordinating repairs of office equipment, facilities and motor vehicles in line with the maintenance plan;
  3. Coordinating mail delivery and other correspondences;
  4. Preparing monthly utilization reports on office utilities and other related services; and
  5. Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A continuing student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration and any other related business degree
  2. Basic computer skills

Student Attachment- Enforcement

Attachment Period: 3 months (non-renewable)

Reporting to the Manager Enforcement the selected candidate will be responsible for;

  1. Support in maintaining database of matters received with enforcement considerations;
  2. Support in preparing reports as may be required from time to time;
  3. Liaising with relationship managers of different licensees to confirm position of matters; and
  4. Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A continuing student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Law (LLB) or Kenya School of Law student

Student Attachment- Education and Awareness

Attachment Period: 3 months (non-renewable)

Reporting to the Senior Investor Education Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for;

  1. Facilitating requisitions and logistics with Supply Chain Management;
  2. Facilitating Logistics of organizing webinars and one on one meetings;
  3. Analyzing data from webinar survey and polls;
  4. Developing Reports for awareness events;
  5. Updating the departmental shared folders;
  6. Responding to public inquiries through departmental shared folders; and
  7. Undertake other assignments as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Requirements

  1. A continuing student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degreein any of the following courses: Finance, Communications, Economics, Business or a related field.
  2. Basic computer skills
