Management Trainee

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Help managers complete all assigned tasks/projects and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree, Second-class honors in any of the following disciplines or equivalent from a recognized University;
  • Project Management, Accounting, Human Resources, ICT, Legal, Marketing, Supply Chain & Communication.
  • Demonstrable relevant leadership capabilities through roles undertaken at school or community level;
  • Must have graduated within the last five (5) years
  • Be no more than thirty (30) years of age; and
  • Significant progress towards a professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Retail Supervisor

Role Brief:
As a Retail Supervisor you will be driving the key metrics of a shop: Sales, Installation, and Repossession. You will have the opportunity to build and manage a network of agents, technicians, and one shop manager.

What we are looking for:
A degree in a business-related field with background preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
Have prior experience in sales management with a deeper understanding of Route to Market Strategies,
We are not looking for the “striker” of a football team but the head coach
Be willing to live in rural areas, the role is set in rural areas,
You will be located at a shop which are in secondary towns
Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
