Kitchen Team Member (Cook) Big Square – Nyali
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Nutrition/Dietetics, or Food Science/Production.
- Minimum one year experience
- Knowledge of food serving, sanitation, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain food quality and safety; perform sanitary measures and proper food storage.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; keep restaurant clean and safe.
- Adhere to specified recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Efficiently prepare food items following health standards.
- Oversee kitchen opening/closing, equipment management, and waste disposal.
