Creative Designer


  • Design visually compelling design assets and content for use across Masoko e-commerce channels
  • Work closely with the Masoko digital marketing team to deliver engaging and consistent content for web, mobile, email, affiliates, social media and display advertising channels
  • Create responsive designs for all screen size whilst demonstrating a user-centricity
  • Ensure designs are aligned to brand guidelines and best practice standards
  • Support the design of internal digital communication materials and presentations for the wider business on an ad hoc basis
  • Effectively manage workflow to deliver to deadline

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, the Executive & Office Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Responding to enquiries, correspondence both telephone & written communication;
  • Booking/scheduling all meetings in liaison with concerned parties;

Business Governance and Operations Lead 

Brief Description

Reporting to the Head- Route to Customer, the position holder will be responsible for tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring key OKRs.


•       Monitor financial data vis a vis performance and recommend solutions that will improve performance

•       Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, and deliver excellent customer service

•       Provide advisory support management on designing, implementing and enhancing business controls

•       Facilitate the flow of information to the Regions on key actions that can be taken to uplift performance

•       Provide business insights to address key issues in trade affect delivery of key OKRs

•       Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems

Data Scientist 

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating, suggesting, and managing data-driven projects which are geared at furthering the business’s interests.
  • Collating and cleaning data from various entities for use on various data science related tasks.
  • Delegating tasks to Junior Data Scientists in order to realize the successful completion of projects.
  • Mentoring, coaching and supervision of Junior Data Scientists and providing them with practical guidance, as needed.
  • Selecting and employing advanced statistical and or machine learning techniques and procedures to obtain actionable insights.
  • Validating models to ensure their generalizability.

  • In-depth understanding of SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or R and data visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Spark will be an added advantage.
