- Experience in conducting feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, transport planning, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public transport planning and engineering, preferably in developing countries context
- Strong technical skills and experience in public transport planning and policy development.
- Knowledge of public transport demand management strategies, sustainable transport, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in public transport modeling, including public transport demand forecasting and public transport network optimization.
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience working with international development organizations or donors, such as World Bank, USAID, DFAT, MCC, FCDO, EU, AfDB and ADB is an advantage.
